Calgary Allied Arts Foundation (CAAF) has a long and distinguished history in the Calgary arts community in its role as advisor to City Council on the City of Calgary Public Art Collection.  CAAF’s mission is to profile Calgary as a leading visual arts centre.  In partnership with the City of Calgary, CAAF provides stewardship resources, promotion and exhibition of the Publc Art Collection.

The collection, property of the City of Calgary, consists of over 700 artworks. The collection is an irreplaceable public asset, including works by such artists as Marion Nicoll, Chris Cran, Katie Ohe, Greg Payce, with recent acquisitions from Calgary artists Bill Morton, John Eisler and Karen Ho Fatt Lee .
