Cassie Suche is interested in the sequential processes that build patterns in our natural and manufactured world. Her practice involves experimenting with a variety of mark-making techniques and repetitive application experiments, often constructing her own tools and brushes to achieve unique designs. During her residency she will be developing a body of experimental, process-based work, aiming to create a collection of large-scale abstract illustrations.
