Louie Fermor is an emerging artist and writer residing in Canada, on Treaty 7 Territory. They have provided art work and writing for various organizations and publications throughout Calgary, and worked on their portrait series Other Tales of Loneliness while in the CAAF studio. For this series, Fermor is exploring queer identity by using their own form as the model to create images of various historical queer archetypes they have looked up to.
